Processing Time

Our online store is always open, day and night. However, order processing follows our business schedule. Once your payment is confirmed, we prepare your order with intention. Processing typically takes between one and three business days, and payment verification may take up to one business day. As soon as your order is officially processed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that your Mina is on its way.

Backorders & Preorders

Processing times apply only to pieces currently in stock in our U.S. warehouse. Some styles may be available on back-order or preorder, meaning they will ship once they arrive at our studio. If a piece requires additional time, this will be clearly noted on the product page before checkout.

 

Shipping Methods

We ship using trusted carriers to ensure your jewelry arrives safely. Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. federal holidays begin processing on the next business day.

 

Delivery Estimates

Delivery times vary based on the method selected at checkout. Standard shipping generally arrives within three to seven business days. Expedited shipping typically arrives within two to three business days. Once your order leaves our hands, you will receive an email with your tracking number so that you may follow your package as it travels to you. If your order does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at hello@minaromina.com so that we may investigate alongside the carrier.

 

Domestic & International Shipping

For customers outside the United States, shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination. Once you enter your address at checkout, the available shipping options and their costs will appear.

 

Duties & Taxes for International Orders

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or additional import fees upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer. Customs regulations vary significantly. We are unable to estimate these fees and recommend contacting your local customs office for more information.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is marked as “Delivered” but cannot be located, please contact the carrier directly. We will support you as best as we can, but carriers must handle lost-package claims.

 

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We cannot refund or replace orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

 

Return-to-Sender Packages

If your order returns to us due to an undeliverable address or carrier issue, we can reship it once the correct address is confirmed. Additional shipping fees may apply.
