Our Return Window

If something is not what you expected, you may request a return within fourteen to thirty days of delivery.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your piece must be unworn, in its original condition, and inside its original packaging.

Not Eligible for Return

Personalized or custom-made pieces, as well as items marked as final sale, cannot be returned.

Refund Timeline

Refunds are issued within five to ten business days after the returned piece is received and inspected.

Exchanges

If the piece you want is available, we will gladly assist you with an exchange.

If Your Piece Arrives Damaged

If your piece arrives damaged, please contact us within seven days of delivery with photos. We will take care of you with priority.
